Yes. They have their own app, Hevea Flow Sangrador. You invite the rubber tapper to your property and they start receiving the tapping and stimulation schedule and tracking their own performance.

The rubber tapper completes daily, weekly and monthly challenges, such as doing the day's tapping or recovering a delayed tapping, earning points and leveling up. A tapping only counts after you confirm it. You can follow each tapper's points, level and challenges on their profile.

Only Brazilian electronic invoices (NF-e), and for now only for properties in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. You issue the NF-e from a sales order or as a standalone invoice, track its status with the tax authority (SEFAZ) and keep the DANFE and XML in the app.

Frequency = (completed + recovered tappings) ÷ valid tappings × 100. Valid tappings are the scheduled ones minus excused and canceled ones. Example: out of 100 scheduled tappings, 10 were excused due to rain; the rubber tapper did 85 of the remaining 90, so their frequency is 94.4%.

No. The app suggests a rotation that spreads the trees evenly across the days and groups nearby tasks. You can move tasks and rows between days and mark rest days.

Record the rain in the app and mark the day's tappings as excused. Excused tappings don't count against the rubber tapper's frequency.

No. The rubber tapper app works without signal, maps included, and sends the records as soon as the connection comes back.

You record each machine's refueling. The app spreads the fuel cost across the orders completed in the month, in proportion to the machine's hours of use.

The app tracks the balance of each input, subtracting what has been used and what is reserved for planned orders. If the balance isn't enough, order planning warns you before you count on an input you don't have.

DRC is the dry rubber content of the load, stated in the buyer's lab report. The DRC 53% weight is what the load would weigh at 53% dry rubber, which is the basis on which the price is quoted in Brazil. The app does this calculation for you.

Invoicing is for Brazilian electronic invoices (NF-e), and for now it is available for properties in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. It takes a one-time property setup: issuer details, digital certificate and invoice numbering. After that, you issue invoices straight from your orders.

Yes. You set the sharing rule once, with percentages by plot age, and the app applies it to every collection. The rubber tapper sees in their app how much they produced and how much they received.

They download the Hevea Flow Sangrador app and create an account. You send an invitation from the Producer app, they accept it and start seeing your property's schedule.
