Assess the cut. Protect the plantation.
A rubber tapper can have perfect frequency and still damage the panel with deep or irregular cuts. With Hevea Flow, you assess tapping in the field and know who needs guidance before the trees are harmed.
Quality tapping today means a productive plantation for more years
Protect the trees' panels
A deep or irregular cut damages the panel and shortens the rubber tree's productive life. Assessing often is how you correct it before the damage is done.
Know who needs guidance
Frequency shows how many tappings were done. The assessment shows how they were done, rubber tapper by rubber tapper.
Replace impressions with data
Every assessment becomes a score you can compare across rubber tappers and over the harvest, with the history stored in the app.
An assessment in three steps
All from your phone, right in the plot.
- 1
See the history
When you start, the app shows the same rubber tapper's latest assessments so you can compare their progress.
- 2
Assess tree by tree
For each tree, answer the questionnaire, take photos of the panel and add notes.
- 3
Get the score
The app calculates the score automatically, with different weights for each criterion, and shows the summary.
What is assessed
The standard questionnaire covers nine aspects of the cut, with different weights: a wound to the wood counts more than a small irregularity. If you prefer, create your own forms, with your own questions, weights and pass criteria.
- Bark consumption
- Dirty spout
- Spout wound
- Loose spout
- Deep channel
- Production loss
- Depth
- Backward cut
- Cut slope
See how tapping is being done, not just how much
Every assessment feeds the property's quality indicators automatically.
Quality ranking
Rubber tappers ranked by average score, from 0 to 10. Shows who needs cutting training.
Quality over time
Each rubber tapper's score over time, by day, week, month or year. Ideal for measuring the effect of training.
Detail by rubber tapper
The overall score and the score for each cutting criterion. Shows why the score is low.

The assessment also reaches the rubber tapper
Whoever is assessed understands where to improve. In their app, the rubber tapper sees:
- The overall score of each assessment and the trend compared to previous ones
- The score for each tree, with photos of the panel and notes
- A history comparing the latest assessments, criterion by criterion
- Challenges such as “Assessment above 9.0”, which earn points in the app
Questions about assessments
Who does the assessment?
Anyone on your team with access to the Production module in the app, such as you, a supervisor or the technical consultant.
Can I use my own criteria?
Yes. Besides the standard questionnaire, you can create your own forms, with questions, weights and pass criteria.
Does the rubber tapper see the score?
Yes. In the rubber tapper app they can check the assessments they received, with the score for each tree and photos of the panel, and follow their own progress.
Can I assess without internet?
Yes. The app works normally in the field and syncs the assessments as soon as the connection comes back.
