How much does the app cost?
It's free to download on Google Play and the App Store.
Do I need internet to use it?
Not for everyday work: you see your schedule and record tappings without signal, and the app sends everything when the connection comes back. You only need to be online to open the challenge chest and collect your points.
I did the tapping, but the challenge didn't advance. Why?
The tapping has to be confirmed by the producer to count toward the challenge. As soon as they confirm it, the bar moves forward.
Can I lose the points I've already earned?
No. Points from opened chests stay in your account, and a completed challenge waits until you open its chest.
My producer doesn't use Hevea Flow yet. What now?
The app has a button to recommend Hevea Flow, which sends a message so the producer can learn about the system and invite you to their property.
