The owner's report comes out ready
Every month, you send the owner a report on what happened in the plantation. In Hevea Flow, it comes out as a PDF: the Plantation Analysis shows whether the harvest is on track for the target, where the losses are and what to do first; the Rubber Tapper Analysis compares the team and includes a profile of each one.
- The app calculates the numbers and charts; the AI writes the reading and the recommendations.
- The report comes out with the AI's default instructions; if you like, you can adjust them so it speaks the way you speak to the owner.
- Rewrite a section's text without changing the numbers.
On the Professional and Complete plans. Uses the Claude API, with the client's own account; usage is billed by Anthropic, separately from the subscription.

The consultant login is free. On each client's account, you take up one of the users on their plan, from Essential up.

You get paid every month
10% of what each referred client pays, for as long as they remain a subscriber.

Example: with 10 clients on Professional, you earn about R$179 a month.
- The 10% applies to what the client actually pays, after discounts, including additional users and trees.
- On the annual plan, you receive 10% of the annual amount in the month the client pays.
- Payment is monthly, on what clients paid the previous month, against your invoice (nota fiscal).
- It applies for as long as the client pays and you remain a partner. A month in arrears earns no commission.
For now, the partnership is for consultants in Brazil: commission is paid in Brazilian reais (R$), against a Brazilian invoice.
Consultant questions
How much does it cost the consultant?
Nothing. The consultant login is free; the client pays for the user seat you take up, within their plan.
My client is on the Free plan. Can I follow their account?
No: the Free plan has a single user, the account owner. From Essential up, the client can invite you. During the 30-day trial, invitations work.
What can I do on the client's account?
The client decides. By default, you can view the data and carry out tapping assessments. To generate AI reports, ask the client for that permission.
Do AI reports cost extra?
Yes, the Claude API usage, which is on the client's account and billed by Anthropic. The Hevea Flow subscription doesn't change.
Do clients who already use Hevea Flow earn commission?
No. Commission applies to those who sign up through your link.
Can I give my clients a discount?
There is no consultant discount of your own. The offers published by Hevea Flow apply.
I have my own plantation. Do I use the consultant login?
No. The consultant login is for your clients; for your own plantation, you subscribe as a producer.
