Work orders
Plan, run and cost any operation on the farm, not just tapping.
- Created with a wizard
- Execution with start, pause and completion, with GPS
- Planned vs. actual cost and cost per hectare
The cost of plantation services can and should be planned. With Hevea Flow work orders, you track every operation and act before costs eat into your margin.
A work order answers the five questions of any operation:
Choose the service type and the app applies the standard resource mix, in proportion to the area. Adjust whatever you like.
Execution works like a stopwatch: start, pause and resume as often as you need. The route is recorded by GPS.
Compare planned vs. actual cost, see the cost per hectare and fuel allocated automatically.
The same tractors, operators and inputs serve rubber growing, reforestation and any other activity. Every cost goes to the right cost center.
Operators, tractor drivers and helpers, with schedules and conflict alerts.
Tractors, mowers and sprayers, with schedules and fuel consumption.
Fertilizers, crop protection products and fuel, with stock balance. If stock runs short, planning warns you.
Contract work and third-party services, which go straight into the order's cost.
From registering resources to budget vs. actual for each project.
Plan, run and cost any operation on the farm, not just tapping.
Control the fleet's fuel and spread that cost across operations.
Know which people, machines and inputs are available, and at what cost.
Standardize how each operation is planned and budgeted.
Track larger initiatives, such as a new planting or road repairs.
Yes. Work orders cover the whole farm. The same tractors, operators and inputs can serve rubber growing, reforestation or another activity, each in its own cost center.
You record each machine's refueling. The app spreads the fuel cost across the orders completed in the month, in proportion to the machine's hours of use.
The app tracks the balance of each input, subtracting what has been used and what is reserved for planned orders. If the balance isn't enough, order planning warns you before you count on an input you don't have.
No. The new reference cost applies to future orders. Orders already recorded keep the cost from that time.
